Yes its everywhere, the ‘must have’ makeup trend of the season, ‘yoga skin’. Pioneered by a fabulous makeup artist and friend of mines, Sara Hill, the innovative new trend offers that dewy glow that we all crave. Sara has done my makeup many a time and not only has my makeup been on point, but she ensures my skin is looking fresh, plump and hydrated = yoga skin.
So how do you achieve it you ask? Well I’ve decided to give it go. The 8 step technique is super simple and all you need is your go-to foundation, facial oil and highlighter, mixed together and worked in with your hands. Yes your hands, that means no brushes. Using your hands to massage in the skin mix not only de-puffs the skin and gets the circulation flowing but will also make your base sit better too.
My verdict? Bloody gorgeous! Not only does it look super healthy and radiant but is perfect for keeping your skin hydrated in the winter months. It’s very lightweight but you also have the option of building it up or adding concealer for some extra coverage.
